SAFETY~
To insure the safety of our little sweet peas, please never leave an infant or child unattended while wearing any jewelry. Although I strive to make my jewelry strong by using the BEST Quality materials available, no piece of jewelry can ever be guaranteed not to break. There are small pieces involved with each piece of jewelry~please always remove any piece of jewelry during active play, during naps, or bedtime.
All metal components that are used are .925 sterling silver and are lead free.

| SIZING~
Each piece of jewelry is custom made by me according to the measurement given by you. It is very important to give me the correct size, as there are no refunds or exchanges due to incorrect wrist measurements. I do offer re-sizing/re-stringing for a fee~please contact me for a quote.

| CUSTOM SIZING & VARIATIONS~
Please note~
Since I customize each piece of jewelry to fit the desired length you provide, this may alter the design slightly as some beads (etc.) may need to be added or taken away. I strive to design the jewelry to fit your child and to make each piece as close to the original design as possible!
Unless otherwise stated, the prices reflected are for children sized bracelets/necklaces (Bracelets sized up to 6.0", Necklaces sized up to 14"). All of my jewelry can be made in an adult size, feel free to contact me concerning adult size pricing.

| CLAY BEADS~
The clay beads I use in my jewelry designs, are purchased from just a few bead creators that have an amazing talent at creating these beads! All beads are created by hand and may have slight variations in the size and design. Please keep in mind that the clay beads these ladies make, aren't just crafted for looks, but also for durability and longevity, but they are NOT indestructible! Please keep this in mind when your little one is wearing a piece of jewelry that has clay beads in the design.

If you are interested in a piece of jewelry that you do not see on my website, feel free to contact me~I LOVE to do custom work! I think it is fun and interesting and thoroughly enjoy the creativity I am asked to draw upon to make your desired piece!! Disclaimer: Please note the character beads that I use in my designs are created by other individuals and neither they nor I are affiliated with any of the character corporations such as Gymboree, Disney, etc.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Proposition 65 Warning
California Proposition 65 has set requirements on the use of lead in products with includes jewelry of certain types.
Ingesting foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of lead crystal can expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. We recommend washing your hands thoroughly after handling any product that contains leaded crystal before touching or preparing any food.
Our2peasinapod recognizes the importance of safety and protecting the health and concerns of our customers, so please note that some of our jewelry is created using Swarovski crystal beads. Swarovski crystal beads do contain very small amounts of lead which is encased. All products containing Swarovski beads and pearls, are intended for ages 13yrs and older. If a design is shown with Swarovski crystals and/or Swarovski pearls and the size chosen is for a child under the age of 13years old, other beads that are in compliance with the lead law will be used in their place (ex. lead free crystal beads or fresh water pearls).

Again we recommend that children under the age of 6 be supervised while wearing any jewelry. As with any jewelry, there are pieces that do contain small parts that could be swallowed.
